I’m in the clinic or surgery all-day, can we chat outside of business hours?
Yes, I’ve set aside openings on Tuesday evenings, so your work schedule isn’t interrupted. If Tuesday doesn’t work, shoot me an email, and we’ll figure out a better time [email protected].
Are there other costs besides the advisory call?
No. I might suggest you buy some paid software tools or sign up for a service, but that’s about it.
I’m nervous about discussing details about my practice…
Don’t be. All information you share with me will be kept confidential. I’ve advised other podiatry practices for the past few years. If I had loose lips, I’d have gone out business years ago.
I don’t think I need help…
Everyone needs help. Even I seek outside help when applying these same things to my own business. While you’re working on it every day, it can be hard to see how patients and others view your practice.
My situation is different!
While there is no one perfect solution for every practice, many aspects of growing a podiatry practice are universal. The trick is knowing which to apply and how.
How long before I see results?
My methods deliver results as quickly as possible. The speed at which you make progress will be tied to the type and complexity of your challenge. I’m a big believer in gaining momentum with small wins and a consistent approach. You should expect to see measurable progress in as little as a few weeks.
