Good news. After putting online reviews on pause, Google is now publishing new patient reviews to your clinic's Google My Business listing.

If you've wondered why your podiatry clinic hasn't received new Google reviews since the start of COVID-19, there's a reason. Back in March, Google disabled the local reviews functionality — both for patients and clinic owners. They hit pause on all review creation or responding. Patients can still create reviews, but none have published since March 20th.
